You will have my undivided attention for the length of your project because I only book one client at a time. I know how important this investment is for your business, and I will do everything possibly to bring your vision to life!

What to expect when we work together

    1: Contact Propel for a Proposal

    Set up a 30-Minute call to discuss your project needs.

    2: Contract, Deposit, and Web Content Form

    After you accept the proposal:
    1. Sign the online contract
    2. Pay the deposit using the online invoice
    3. After we receive the deposit, your start date will be confirmed. You will then receive a Web Content Form that needs to be filled out before we can start your project.

    3: Google Shared File

    I will share a Google Drive folder for you to upload your logo, images, and any other important files you would like to use on your website

    4: Two Weeks of Design

    We will schedule a Zoom on Monday or Tuesday in the first week of your project to align my ideas with your vision.
    The following two Fridays (or Thursdays) will be your website reviews.

    5: Final Payment and Publishing

    After our last review of your website, I will make the necessary edits and you will receive the final invoice.
    Please be aware that the publication will only happen once I have received full payment for the remaining invoice.

    6. SEO Week & Training

    Once I receive your final payment and your website is ready, I will use the third week to add the SEO Setup, if you have purchased it. SEO Setup involves adding your site to Google Search Console, connecting Google Analytics, and setting up Google Business Profile.
    Lastly, you can book a one-hour training session (only if you desire) and access my online training video library for future reference editing. Feel free to reach out to me for an hourly quote to update your website.

From my experience, Squarespace is the most flexible, user-friendly, secure website builder and hosting platform.

Squarespace allows unlimited customization and coding for my design needs, yet can be as simple as a drag and drop if a client wants to edit/add images and text. Plus, Squarespace also provides mobile optimization and top-level security with SSL and reCaptcha options free with every website, easy integration with POS platforms, email marketing, form submission storage, scheduling software, Etsy, Shopify, and more!
